Jubilee is a Youtube channel that talks about many social concerns. They do many kinds of conversations like "middle ground" which is two group of people with opposite ways of thinking to see what are the things they agree and disagree on. I love this channel because it opens a lot of conversations that we don't often see and also because you start to have an open mind about many themes
¿Immigration builds a county's identity or does it harm it?
One one hand I think immigration brings a lot of benefits to a country. It generates a society open to social changes and prepared to economic alterations. And also it decreases the world discrimination of cultures, races and religion, making the countries more diverse, and encouraging the unity of the human race recognizing that we all are citizens of the world.
On the other hand immigration has a negative side that is most seen by the citizens of the country that is being migrated. This negative side is based on the thought that immigrants take the space and work of the citizens. And this is where social barriers are created that affects a countries identity, because it could be seen as a country that doesn't accept or take well the immigrants.
